Opening: Senior Manager of Business Development

The Senior Manager of Business Development will be responsible for driving leads through the funnel and closing new business. This individual will own the SupplyKick business development strategy, helping the team members identify and close brands that will be successful on the Amazon platform. This role will report to the VP of Partnerships.

Key function: In short, this role will lead a team to identify and close new business that will ensure product sales velocity and company gross margin goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create and sell revenue opportunities through strategic positioning of SupplyKick’s value proposition.
  • Utilize sales methodology to identify leads, address objections and close business.
  • Work directly with the marketing team to identify ways to capture new business.
  • Lead Sales team through the sales process, acting as a coach, mentor and manager.
  • Become well versed in the Amazon business model and the current state of retail
  • Occasionally travel to tradeshows and conferences to network with perspective partners and gain valuable industry expertise.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in business development role.
  • Exceptional business acumen.
  • Ability to lead a growing team, while acting as individual contributor.
  • Proven leadership and previous management experience.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to be pleasantly persistent.
  • BONUS: Experience working directly with Amazon as a seller or vendor.

Opening: Warehouse Logistics Specialist

 
The Warehouse Specialist is a skilled, full-time role that will support the Company by ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of inventory. This role is performed full-time in the SupplyKick warehouse and processing center (1,800 square feet). This position reports to the Warehouse Logistics Manager.
 


Key Function:  Ensuring seamless and efficient inventory flow, both inbound and outbound.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifies and quality checks incoming inventory by utilizing vendor packing list.
  • Picks, packs, and ships items each day across various modes, including parcel and LTL.
  • Follows SupplyKick processes to ensure outbound shipments are correct.
  • Ensure all outbound shipments are processed within 24 hours.
  • Processes returns from Amazon marketplace; inspects and determines disposition.
  • Responsible for value-add services; making case packs, bagging, and labeling where needed.
  • Cross-trains in other areas of the department to become suitable back-up.
  • Suggests process and operational improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ensures warehouse is kept clean on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Shipping and/or Receiving experience.
  • Must be able to drive a fork lift. (Fork lift certification is a plus. Required to obtain and maintain certification if employed.)
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have strong computer literacy; especially with Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.
  • Must maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be organized, motivated, and ambitious
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 75lbs.
  • Must be 18+ years old.

Opening: Senior Manager of B2B Marketing 

The Senior Manager of B2B Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of SupplyKick marketing campaigns that generate new leads and drive existing opportunities through the sales funnel. Through inbound and outbound tactics, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will build marketing plans around key personas and optimize our sales pipeline.

Additionally, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will act as a leader, managing and optimizing communication between the marketing and sales teams and ensuring continual improvements across our partner acquisition process.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the SupplyKick B2B Marketing Team.
  • Design and execute campaigns designed to nurture current accounts and increase overall pipeline.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members across the company (specifically sales) to approach challenges collaboratively and align activities to achieve desired results.
  • Leverage our email, data collection, and direct marketing tools to drive successful data-driven campaigns and deliver results.
  • Work with Sales Operations to track lead flow and ensure the sales team has the information necessary for effective follow up.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program and campaign effectiveness by uncovering and using tactics and tools available in the marketplace for Account Based Marketing.
  • Champion the SupplyKick brand across social media, public relations and content marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience with B2B Marketing and Sales Support
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Proven track record with account based marketing programs incorporating tactics that include contact acquisition, email, tradeshow, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
  • Experience in campaign lifecycles and audience segmentation
  • A strong propensity towards data-driven thinking and decision making
  • HubSpot skills are a plus but not required
